Stabilize
I had to re-record sound for this video. I learned this:
Go into Preferences/Privacy and enable audio for Premiere. Then in Premiere preferences/ Audio hardware make sure that the desired input and output are selected. You also need to go into your system preferences (the apple) /Sound and make sure those in and out puts are correct. PHew! Then you can click on the little mic on a track and it will let you record a voice over.
